This session will explore three key items to keep us positively focused on excitement and contentment when it comes to change. Specifically, you will hear about building a powerful group to encourage change, communicating the pending change, and focusing on short-term wins while moving toward the outcome of change. So, let's argue with Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel as it's not enough to be changed for good, we want to focus on being changed for the better! Understand and describe three aspects of a healthy change management process Define types of change that occur in the world and the ECC Review scenarios from corporations and assess how the three aspects of change management could factor in solving the issues. Discuss the role of leaders in change management processes. Identify future changes coming for their ECC and how the participant will be an advocate and not an adversary in those processes.
