Jerrod Hardy
Team HardyWith over 24 years of law enforcement experience, Jerrod has worn many hats—Patrol, SWAT, School Resource Officer, Training Coordinator, Academy Coordinator, and roles in Hiring, Recruiting, and Background Investigations. These diverse experiences, combined with his passion for coaching and writing, drive him to continuously give back to our law enforcement professionals and to those seeking more from life. He is a regular contributor to Policeone.com, where he writes the "The Coaches Corner," sharing defensive tactics, career insights, and transitional advice. In 2019, he created "The On Purpose Podcast with Jerrod Hardy," which now boasts almost 300 episodes. This platform allows me to share stories, insights, and inspiration with a wide audience. Breaking from tradition, he stepped away from law enforcement at the age of 46. He now embraces a journey of writing, speaking, and podcasting, sharing his story with others.
